Colleen McHugh is the Director of Operations at McLeish Orlando LLP – she has been with the firm since 2015. Colleen manages the firm’s day to day operations including recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, employee performance and management, liaison with IT provider, process and procedure implementation, human resources, and firm event planning.

During her early years at McLeish Orlando, Colleen gained valuable knowledge while working in a variety of departments and roles. She enjoys working as part of a team and strives to create a positive work environment where people feel valued.

When she is not working, Colleen can be found watching baseball and hockey, reading a book, or hanging out with her dog.
