Cathy is the Director of Finance for Dentons Canada LLP which has 550 lawyers across 6 offices in Canada.   Dentons is a global law firm formed by the March 2013 combination of international law firm Salans LLP, Canadian law firm Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC) and international law firm SNR Denton.    Dentons globally has 2,500 lawyers and professionals in 79 locations in 52 countries across Africa, Asia Pacific, Canada, Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Russia and the CIS, the UK and the US.

Cathy has been with the firm for 20 years and has been a member of TLOMA for most of that time.   Cathy’s responsibilities include financial operations, partner compensation and capital, plus national/global financial projects and initiatives.  Over the years, she has gained valuable experience in various areas within the legal industry including conflicts and risk management, project management, pricing and value based billing (alternative fee) arrangements.     In the Dentons’ Toronto office, Cathy is also a member of the Emergency/Incident Command Team, co-chair of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee and co-chair of its United Way campaign.  

Cathy is a CMA/CPA and enjoys spending her free time at the cottage with family and friends.
