Ben Lamarche joined the Normandin Beaudry team in 2011. He holds a Master's degree in human resources management and possesses combined expertise in compensation and consulting.

During his time with Normandin Beaudry, Ben has developed an expertise in the compensation and total rewards benchmarks and surveys management. In addition to his participation in the development of remun, Ben conducts many closed surveys and has managed two different sectoral surveys (high-tech and insurance industries) for several years.
