Annette is currently the Human Resources Administrator at Green and Spiegel LLP. She has over five years of recruitment, training and development, and occupational health and safety experience from working in various industries; retail, higher education and legal. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, a post-graduate certificate in HR Management and is a Certified Human Resources Professional. 

In her current role, Annette is responsible for benefits administration, recruitment, payroll, training and development and health and safety. She has been a member of TLOMA since 2017 and is excited to be a part of TLOMA’s Compensation and Total Rewards Survey Committee. 

As a self-proclaimed lifelong learner, she continuously looks to educate herself on HR trends, provides one-on-one career coaching strategies to students and recent graduates, and is a part of a local boxing club.
