TLOMA’s 2021 Compensation Surveys Results Meeting

With the change in seasons soon approaching, so will be the time to evaluate and review the compensation data at each of your Firms. In order to help you with this, your TLOMA Compensation Committee has been working diligently with our survey provider, Normandin Beaudry, to create and deliver TLOMA's annual Suite of Compensation Surveys which will be published this fall.
If your firm has participated in and/or purchased the TLOMA 2021 Total Rewards, Associate and/or Business Services Surveys, we invite you to attend the Results Meeting. Please encourage the individuals from your firm who use compensation and total rewards data to attend this session. Share the knowledge by bringing your COO and/or CFO to the presentation.
We will be hosting a Results Meeting for those of you who participated in and/or purchased one or all of the following 2021 TLOMA Suite of Compensation Surveys:
- TLOMA Total Rewards Survey (TRS)
- TLOMA Business Services (TBS)
- TLOMA Associate Compensation (TAC)
This meeting will include insights from experts from Normandin Beaudry focusing on the following:
- How to use and interpret the survey results;
- Market observations and emerging practices for compensation and total rewards
