Every member of the committee holds a specific responsibility, and together, they function as a cohesive unit, supporting each other whenever necessary. Undoubtedly, organizing and executing the conference demands substantial effort, requiring volunteers to dedicate themselves to delivering their best from the early stages of the year to the culmination of the event. Juggling these responsibilities alongside our regular jobs may pose a challenge, but it also brings a lot of enjoyment.
