Rachael is the Office Manager/Executive Assistant at Isaacs Odinocki LLP.  Rachael has been with Isaacs Odinocki LLP since December 2003.  She has worked in the legal industry, both in the UK and Canada for over 25 years.  Rachael is responsible for all of the day to day operations at Isaacs Odinocki LLP including liaising with property management, IT, process and procedure implementation, firm event planning, file management and more.  On top of her management duties, Rachael also provides legal support to the partners and associates.    

Rachael thrives on being busy and is always looking for ways to improve the practice of law.

When she isn’t at the office, Rachael enjoys travelling, puzzles and challenging her family and friends to 'Words with Friends'.    

Rachael has been a member of TLOMA for many years and is thrilled to be a part of the TLOMA Conference this year.
