Experienced LSUC members attending this program will also receive 10.5 Substantive Hours.
This comprehensive 2 day workshop is designed for those who wish to provide legal services in Immigration Law. The seminars are arranged for paralegals and lawyers who are new to this area of law (jurisdiction opened to paralegals June 30, 2011) and would like to gain the substantive and procedural knowledge of visitors’ classes, permanent residence and citizenship. Cases will be examined and forms for various classes will be completed in order that participants may confidently begin to work with immigration forms and procedures.
