CONFERENCE DELEGATE REFUND REGISTRATIONS:
On or before Friday, August 14, 2026: Full refund, less $250 administrative fee
Between Monday, August 17 2026 and Friday, September 4, 2026: 50% refund
After Friday, September 4, 2026: No refund will be issued.
GUEST REFUND REGISTRATIONS:
On or before Friday, September 4, 2026: Full refund, less $50 administrative fee.
After Friday, September4, 2026: 50% refund will be issued.
Any requests for cancellations and refunds of room reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
