Law firm managers are often expected to carry enormous operational responsibility without all the formal training in the regulatory, financial, compliance, and leadership realities of running a law firm.
This session is designed to close that gap.
Behind every successful law firm is an invisible operational infrastructure that keeps the business functioning, compliant, profitable, and sustainable. Yet many office managers and administrators inherit critical responsibilities with little guidance, limited resources, and a constant expectation to “just figure it out.”
In this practical and candid session, we’ll explore the operational, financial, compliance, and leadership knowledge that Ontario law firm managers are expected to know, but are rarely formally taught.
