All cancellations received after September 6 are non-refundable, however, you may substitute another TLOMA member or eligible firm member for an administrative fee of $75.00 + HST. The registration fee will be adjusted based on the substitute's TLOMA member status. On-site substitutions will also be charged a $75.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be processed for no-shows.
