CONFERENCE DELEGATE REFUND REGISTRATIONS:
On or before Friday, August 16, 2024: Full refund, less $250 administrative fee Between Monday, August 19, 2024 and Friday, September 6, 2024:
50% refund After Friday, September 6, 2024:
No refund will be issued.
GUEST REFUND REGISTRATIONS:
On or before Friday, September 6, 2024: Full refund, less $50 administrative fee.
After Friday, September 6, 2024: 50% refund will be issued.
Any requests for cancellations and refunds of room reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
