During this presentation you will learn how to delineate the difference between strategic formulation and strategic implementation.  Of particular interest will be the challenges associated with strategic implementation and how one must overcome them to ensure long term business performance.  A formalized approach will be presented to help overcome such challenges while acting as a guide when implementing a strategy across an organization.
