Sally brings 18 years of sales, service and business expertise to her role as a communication skills trainer.
Prior to 1998, Sally worked for one of Canada’s largest insurance companies. Her role over 10 years evolved from Sales Representative to Sales Manager and ultimately to independent Agency Owner. She managed sales, recruiting, training and development of sales representatives and staff on a local, regional and provincial level. As Sales Manager, Sally developed and delivered training workshops to diverse groups.
In addition to running her agency, Sally was elected President of an Ontario chapter of Business Network International. There, she chaired weekly meetings, worked with local and regional board members and was responsible for motivating and expanding the network.
After 10 years in the insurance industry, Sally branched into new challenges as a partner in a retail business, which further honed her skills in retail marketing, inventory management, customer service, sales and business innovation.
