The Finance Transformation session will be facilitated by leaders in RSM Canada's Business Professional Services (BPS) practice. RSM’s BPS practice has a dedicated team of audit, tax and consulting professionals servicing professional services firms in Canada and the United States.
In this session RSM will help attendees understand opportunities, trends and strategies for achieving financial excellence. The session will be interactive in nature and include content on emerging technologies and digital trends. Upon completion of the session attendees can expect to learn how to assess readiness for financial transformation, understand best practices used by professional firms undergoing a transformation and avoid common pitfalls firms may fall into during a transformation.
