Description
Even pre–pandemic, many courts and counsel firms were already en-route to electronic file submissions. The pandemic accelerated this initiative and now courts are enforcing strict e-filing protocols, while at the same time counsel are embarking on ‘’hybrid ’’ work environments. Technology is being called upon to facilitate this shift to digital filing and remote working.
The session will introduce cloud-first PDF technologies available to all sized firms centered around the document lifecycle as it pertains to sourcing, organizing, manipulating, packaging, and delivering an ‘’e-file Bundle ’’ to the courts, counsel, and client.
This session is oriented towards technology leaders, legal assistants, paralegals and associates.
