TLOMA 2023 Compensation Surveys Results Meeting

As the fall compensation planning season approaches, it will soon be time to review the TLOMA compensation survey results to assess the market competitiveness of your pay levels. In order to help you with this, your TLOMA Compensation Committee has been working diligently with our survey partner Normandin Beaudry, to create and deliver TLOMA's annual Suite of Compensation Surveys, published this fall.
If your firm has participated in and/or purchased the TLOMA 2023 Associate and/or Business Services Surveys, we invite you to attend the Results Meeting, scheduled on September 12, 2023.
We encourage you to invite members of your leadership team or other individuals from your firm who use compensation and total rewards data to attend this session.
The Results Meeting will include insights from experts from Normandin Beaudry focusing on the following:
- Best practices in using and interpreting the survey results.
- Market observations and emerging practices for compensation.
