Nelly Meira is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Goodmans LLP where she is responsible for the planning and delivering of talent management and organization effectiveness, professional development, learning and development and talent acquisition of staff and administrative professionals. Nelly also oversees the Human Resources, Document Production Services, and Internal Communication teams at the firm.

Nelly brings over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources Professional in legal services.  She received her BBA from Adelphi University, a Human Resources Certificate from New York University and a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen’s University. She is currently a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and member of The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA) Compensation Committee.
