Friday Evening Dinner/Saturday Breakfast = $150.00 plus HST
You may register your guest(s) by using the online Delegate Registration Form located on the registration page OR the Delegate Registration Form located under Registration Documents on the right hand side of this page.
Cancellation policy for Guest Registrations
On or before Wednesday, September 5, 2018:
- Full refund, less $50 administrative fee
After Wednesday, September 5, 2018:
- No refund will be issued
