Bus Transportation

Looking for a way to get to the Conference and skip the hassle of driving? We have taken care of that for you! With limited seating, you will WANT to register early and reserve a seat on the bus to and from White Oaks Resort & Spa.

Departure – Wednesday, September21, 2022
Check-in time is 2:15 pm. The bus departs from Scotia Plaza, King Street entrance, promptly at 2:30 pm. Conference registration and hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm.

Return – Saturday, September 24, 2022
Check-in time is 11:45 a.m. The bus leaves White Oaks Resort & Spa at 12:00 noon and arrives at Union Station at approximately 1:30 pm. (To be Confirmed).

Cost
Bus transportation is $90.00 return per person plus HST. Cancellations will be accepted up to Wednesday, September 7, 2022 less a $25.00 administration fee. After Wednesday, September 7, 2022, cancellations will not be refunded.
