Posting a position on the TLOMA Career page:

If you would like to submit a job posting to the TLOMA Career Opportunities page, please click SUBMIT A JOB and follow the instructions provided. Job postings will remain on the TLOMA Career page for three weeks unless you notify TLOMA that the position has been filled or request an extension. There is no additional charge to repost the same position within the same calendar year.

NOTE:  Effective January 1, 2026, all advertised job postings must include a salary or salary range.  Any job posting submitted without a salary range will not be posted and monies paid will be refunded.  The requirements for publicly advertised job postings do not apply to an employer that employs fewer than 25 employees on the day the publicly advertised job posting is posted.  Any job postings with a salary that is $200k + does not require a salary/range to be posted. 

TLOMA MEMBERS:  A firm with a TLOMA member may post on the TLOMA Career page for $160 plus HST/per position.

NON-MEMBER LAW FIRMS:  A law firm, without a TLOMA member, may post on the TLOMA Career page for $370.00 plus HST/per position.

NON-LEGAL ORGANIZATIONS:  TLOMA’s career page is for law firms only.  Organizations that are not law firms may not post a position.    

LEGAL STAFFING AGENCIES: Legal Staffing Agencies may post positions within the legal market. The cost for a Legal Staffing Agency to post a position is $370 plus HST/per position.

BUSINESS PARTNERS:  Business Partners that are current sponsors of our Conference or Events may post positions within the legal market.  The cost for a Business Partner to post a position is $370 plus HST/per position.

REPOSTING:  No reposting fees will be applicable to members firms.  Non-member Firms, Agencies and Business Partners are subject to a reposting fee of $160 plus HST/per position.

If your firm is using an outside agency to assist you in the process of hiring, members of TLOMA must be advised that your firm is using an outside source and be given the opportunity to provide their permission to pass their resume on to that agency.

Under no circumstances may a resume of a member of TLOMA be passed outside of your firm without their permission.
