Protecting Your Gate Keepers
They are your first defence when it comes to protecting your office from unwanted people and packages. We will look at all the potential risks associated with Reception and Mail Room staff. We will focus on the internal emergency response to the threat of violence, suspicious people/packages and chemical/biological exposure.
This session will provide you tools on how to minimize these risks through systems and training.
There is no charge for a TLOMA Member to attend this event. A non-member fee of $62.15 ($55.00 + HST) will apply. Payment is to be provided to TLOMA prior to the event.
