Do you want to build a successful and satisfying career that provides a sense of well-being? If you do, you won't want to miss this event, where you'll learn about the importance of building strong relationships - with others, and with yourself - and what it takes to build those relationships across three key areas: Relationship Mastery, Purpose Mastery, and Personal Mastery.
At Southren Group, our practice and programming are built upon a foundation of helping professionals like you build careers that they love, that are filled with the work they want to do, and populated with people they want to do it with and for.
Through a combination of seminar-style content, facilitated activities, and semi-structured networking opportunities, we will showcase some of the core components of each of these three Domains of Mastery and demonstrate how they can help you propel yourself to higher levels of success and well-being in your career.
All program sessions are delivered seminar style and include topic-specific, Interactive Activities
Session One :: Relationship Mastery. Spotlight on The Neuroscience of Connection + The SCARF Behaviour Motivation Model as a tool for creating deeper connection.
Session Two :: Purpose Mastery. Spotlight on Identifying Your Purpose + Why it Matters and how to leverage your sense of purpose as a tool to propel your sense of success and well-being.
Session Three :: Personal Mastery. Spotlight on High-Impact Habits and how to create them and use them to shape and reflect your professional identity and build your professional network.
Concluding Draw and Prizes: Participants will be provided with a game card at the start of the event with items that can be checked off over the course of the three sessions. All completed cards will be entered into a draw for the following prizes:
- Grand Prize (1 winner) :: One FREE Results-Based Coaching Program with SG Coach Kelly Margani (note: winner must register for the program in 2022). Value $6,500.
- Second Prize (1 winner) :: One 15% discount to be used toward any SG program, in addition to the 10% participant discount (note: winner must register and pay in 2022). Value up to $3,500.
- Third Prize (3 winners) :: Three specially-selected book packs. Jane, Kelly and Christine have each chosen their favourite personal or professional development book and have included a handwritten note about their selection and why they’ve chosen it for this group. Value approx. $75 each.
Networking :: Opportunities for Connection
Reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones is a favourite part of any professional development event experience. That’s why we’ve built it right into the structure of the event. We’ll provide participants with some networking discussion prompts in connection with the session content, that they can use when they meet new people or reconnect with those they know and have missed seeing in person.
All attendees will be able to sign up to receive a little treat from us after the event as our way of saying thanks for being with us, and to remind them of one of the foundational aspects of relationship building - showing you care about the people you engage with!
