This program will help your lawyers return from maternity leave knowing that they have a solid, well-formulated plan for their return, and come back feeling strong, capable, equipped and empowered with the confidence that they’ll be on their path, and on their terms.
Every working mother experiences the return from leave in her own way. This program was created to help distill the common elements and help participants find the best way forward for them.
HERE’S WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT:

Introduction to tools and techniques that we have developed exclusively for them to grow and thrive through, and after, their leave;

An ability to plan and chart their path back to work with intention - helping both participants and their families ;

A return to practice with an awareness of the new and unique strengths that set them apart - benefiting their firms as well as their own practices;

Getting back to work, on their feet and ready to CRUSH IT!
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Each cohort consists of a maximum of eight participants who will go through the program together - so space is very limited;

Groups meet (virtually) once per month for a year, for 2.5 hour mastermind sessions, plus;
-
Each participant will each receive six hours of one-on-one coaching throughout the program.

Upon ‘graduation’ from the program, each group is encouraged to continue to meet regularly and to support one another throughout the return and into the next phase of their career.
