Our speaker, Stephen J Ellwood, is the Founder and President of Ellwood Associates Inc. specializing in practice and case management technology for the legal community in Canada since 1984. The firm has 15 consultants practicing out of Toronto. Ellwood is the principle contractor/consultant on hundreds of projects large and small in firms from sole practitioner to the most of the largest firms in Canada along with government and corporate legal departments.
Mr. Ellwood has achieved many certifications in the litigation support area of practice. Among others he is a Encase Certified Examiner, EnCE, with expertise and experience in digital forensics at all levels. In 2011 he began an MBA from the University of Reading (UK) Henley School of Business and is looking to complete the program in 2014.
Our speaker, Steve Bula, is the President of esi Specialists Inc. and has been providing Litigation Support services for over 14 years. During this time Steve has been providing Canada's largest firms and corporations with the latest technology solutions for litigation practitioners. He has implemented large-scale projects on-site in Canada and in Europe and is able to integrate the needs of the client with current litigation technologies. Steve is responsible for all of esi Specialists services both locally and nationally. Steve continues to maintain expertise in Electronic Discovery with a strong emphasis on data culling and conceptual search strategies provide clients with critical evidence identification in a timely and cost effective manner.
