Sharone Bar-David, LLB, MSW is the president of Bar-David consulting, a company specializing in creating respectful work environments and offering innovative solutions for turning around the behaviour of abrasive leaders. Over the past 21 years, Sharone has worked with over 25,000 people in a wide range of industries through training sessions, consulting, coaching and keynote speeches.
With a background as a lawyer and social worker, Sharone is a regular guest commentator for the Canadian HR Reporter magazine and an instructor with the Schulich School of Business Executive Education Centre. Her expertise in organizational change is featured in a book she has co-authored, Awakening the Workplace, and she’s a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and the International Federation of Professional Speakers.
