The pandemic has created seismic shifts in the role of the workplace and law firms have been among the most effected. Right now, clients are in revolt, associates are burned out and partners are worried. Hybrid working patterns, once-in-a generation digital disruption and the fight for talent are creating urgent challenges for firms.

In this workshop, hear the findings of Gensler’s inaugural Canadian Workplace Survey and see Cassels’ new Toronto workplace as a case story of how the firm is now spending space differently including moving to universal office sizes, designing for innovation, and creating a platform for firm culture to thrive.
