Food choices, mood and mental health are intertwined. Our food choices are partly driven by our moods, which in turn can impact our mental health. Nutrition plays a key role in promoting mental health. A balanced, healthy diet can prevent many deficiencies and contribute to positive mental health.
Nutrition can positively impact mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders and chronic health conditions. Unfortunately, nutrition is often overlooked as a means to combat these mental health issues.
Our Registered Dietitian will walk us thorough ways to establishing helpful diet patterns, identifying negative mood triggers, and discovering key nutrients that will keep you on the road to good mental health.
