With over 15 years as a law clerk and as Manager of Litigation Technology in Toronto, Tanya has extensive knowledge and experience in managing complex and document-intensive cases with state-of-the-art collection, processing, culling and management tools.

With her high level of technical expertise, she leads a team of litigation professionals to assist our lawyers, clients and the courts in all steps of the litigation process.  Significantly, Tanya played an essential role in organizing and managing one of the first trials using iPad tablet technology, which was heard before a Commercial List judge of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Husky Injection Molding Systems Limited v Robert Schad (2016 ONSC 2297).

She has since participated in other cases in which the same protocol was adopted.  Tanya is a much sought-after speaker at industry conferences.
