Eric A. Seeger of legal management consultancy Altman Weil, Inc. will discuss current trends in the legal profession and what law firm leaders should do to improve their firms’ competitiveness and accelerate performance in 2018-2019.
Mr. Seeger will draw from his firm’s highly influential Law Firms in Transition Survey, an annual survey of the Managing Partners and Chairs of hundreds of US law firms, and from his extensive consulting experience with law firms in the US and Canada.
