Ammar is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). With over 15 years of experience in compensation and HR systems across multiple industries; energy, healthcare, and legal, Ammar was able to help organizations redesign their compensation programs and streamline processes. Throughout his career he has lead the implementation and roll-out of various HRIS modules to bring in more efficiency by enhancing and automating the services HR provides.

He is currently the Sr. Compensation Consultant at Stikeman Elliott LLP (100+ Lawyers) where he manages the functions of compensation and HRIS at Stikeman Elliott. He has been a member of TLOMA since 2017. He loves working in team settings, and he very much appreciates being around collaborative people. Ammar enjoys travelling and exploring the world.
