The new cost-conscious economy is driving law firms to re-examine and modify practices such as billable-hour models, client relationship management and staffing practices. It also requires law firms to seriously question what is truly valuable to clients today and in the future. A top priority for Corporations today is to reduce outside legal spending. How can traditional law firms develop more entrepreneurial skills and compete to achieve success in the new economy?

A Managing Partner attending with a member, will attend this event as a guest of TLOMA. However TLOMA's cancellation policy is in effect for a registered partner if they do not show or have not cancelled within a week of the session. Cancellation of the complimentary attendance after September 30, 2010 will result in a cancellation fee of “$56.50” payable to TLOMA. The complimentary attendance may be substituted with an alternative principal partner.
It is permissible for additional partners to attend at the member rate ($56.50)
